Born in Turin on 16th april 1960

 

Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years financial, commercial, M&A and setting up of Joint Ventures experience.

Started as an auditor at Deloitte and subsequently joined Ernst & Young enhancing his experience in operational control and internal audit at United Technologies Corp. based in Brussels.

Held various positions as European Controller, Administrative and Financial Director at McDonalds's in London, Milan and Hong Kong
Subsequently diversifies business experience at Western Union where dealing with the support of international payment systems, the development of new financial products and the management of the agent network for the Asia-Pacific region based in Hong Kong.

Held role of Chief Financial and IT Officer at a global logistics group and participated in its integration through a merger of the European and Asian organization based in Hong Kong.

Participated in various M&A projects, creation of JV's and projects finance for various industrial sectors in Asia and Europe
Studies in economics and finance-accounting; held positions as director of various international companies.
